Kitchens and Countertops Direct

Kitchens and Countertops Direct describes itself as father/son owned and operated, doing kitchen and bathroom remodeling across Cape Cod: cabinets, countertops, showers, tubs, backsplashes and design. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 139481, is active on the state registry, with Patrick Cassidy as the holder of record. A recent customer hired the company to reface kitchen and bath cabinets and replace three vanity countertops and sinks. That customer said a glitch in the order delayed completion by a few weeks, and that they were proactive in resolving the problem and finishing the project. A recent customer, Dan K, said Patrick Cassidy and his son Christopher designed and installed a kitchen while keeping a clean and safe work area. A recent 4-star reviewer praised the kitchen but said the job took a bit longer than expected. A 2025 customer described a major kitchen redesign with new counters, backsplash, a new window, new floor, new ceiling and trim work. A 2022 customer said Patrick and the carpenters handled a remodel with tile installation, refacing and countertop installation in an older home with an outdated kitchen, and praised the company's electrician and plumber. A 2022 customer said Patrick did the estimate for a kitchen cabinet refinish and wall painting and lowered the price he had quoted. That 2022 customer said Chris painted the cabinet doors and drawers at their location, came by quickly for minor touch-ups, and that the work carried a three-year warranty to cover peeling or chipping.
