Rich was thorough, methodical, and explained every part of his inspection to me , was patient with questions, took his time, took videos and pictures and did an outstanding job! I would highly recommend him. His cost was lower than others but the quality of work, response to appointment time, turnaround time for the full report,was far above other experiences I’ve had with home inspections.
