Lang did a pool install for me in Spring 2026, and it has been life changing for our family. Summer weekends were spent poolside, even while patio and other finishing touches were completed. Any issue I had, Steve was quick to resolve. Thank you Lang team!
We had a wonderful experience with Lang Pools, and we especially want to recognize Steve and Jeff for their outstanding service. Steve has been incredibly helpful not only throughout the process but also with everything related to maintaining our pool. He is always responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to help whenever we have a question or need assistance. We really appreciate how easy he makes everything for us. Jeff was our project coordinator during the construction of our pool, and he did a fantastic job managing the process and keeping everything moving. He was professional, attentive, and always available when we needed him. Building a pool is a big project, and having someone like Jeff coordinating everything made the experience much smoother. We are very happy with our pool and with the service we have received from Lang Pools. Steve and Jeff have both gone above and beyond, and we would absolutely recommend Lang Pools to anyone considering a pool.
I hired Lang Pools to resurface my pool and spa bottom, and I could not be happier with my experience. The result was outstanding. The customer service was even better. The project was done on time and on budget, which was significantly less than another estimate I received. Jeff Moore was the ultimate professional. He was responsive to my questions and communicated clearly and timely. He was accommodating to my schedule, as some of the work occurred when we were on vacation. He was great at coordinating and working around it. I am completely satisfied and could not recommend Lang Pools and Jeff Moore more highly. I will use them again in the future.
Very satisfied with the liner replacement results. Chris came out and measured for the new liner and it came in quicker than anticipated. The install team did a great job and even hung around while they waited for water to fill the pool. Better communication would have made this a 5 star experience as the exact install day/ time wasn’t communicated well in advance and no one ever brought up the topic of water-who would provide it, when it would be delivered, costs, etc. However, overall a very good experience and I would recommend them.
