Dan helped my husband and me with two home inspections before we bought our first home. To say he was thorough in his reports is an understatement. He takes the time to teach you about the home you’re considering, and it’s obvious that he doesn’t see a home inspection as just another box to check. He understands the responsibility that comes with reviewing a home before such an important purchase. Not only is Dan incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented, but he is also genuinely easy and enjoyable to work with. He was patient, approachable, and always willing to answer our questions, which made the entire process feel far less overwhelming. Dan helped us avoid a bad first property choice by clearly explaining the issues he found and why they were concerning. Because of his guidance, we were able to continue our search feeling far more educated and empowered to make the right decision for us.
