One comes from the institutions that hire it. Lobisser & Ferreira Construction Corp., based at 1 Charlesview Rd in Hopedale, built a 45,567 sq. ft. medical building in Franklin and nine single-family condo units in Hopkinton, and was the construction manager on the 66-unit Lake Point senior housing development in Lakeville. Milford Regional's leadership has publicly credited its president, Joe Ferreira — Jose Ferreira on the company's Better Business Bureau file — for the quality of the work and for delivering on time and within budget on the health system's Medway satellite clinic, which broke ground in June 2023. Its BBB file is A+ and accredited since December 2022, and the company has been a Massachusetts corporation since 2010.
The other comes from the two people who have written reviews. In a March 2024 review, a resident of Lake Point Village in Lakeville wrote that promised soundproofing was never delivered, that floors in the gym and community room buckle underfoot, that electrical systems had to be reworked and windows refitted from the outside, and that the basement water system flooded repeatedly. In a December 2022 review, someone described an ADA shower whose door and grab bars were installed incorrectly, said the company acknowledged the error but would not fix it, and said they were threatened with eviction over paying for it.

This builder of Lake Point Village in Lakeville failed to deliver promised soundproofing. Floors in the gym and community room buckle as you walk across them. Electrical systems needed to be reworked. Windows needed to be refitted from the outside, a major hassle. Water system in basement flooded repeatedly. They simply aren't very good at this.
