Long Dune Group

Long Dune Group is a Cape Cod remodeler built for whole jobs rather than single rooms: kitchens, bathrooms, interior remodels, doors and windows, and additions, by its own account of what it does. Two customers wrote about the work in May 2024 and both describe Andre and his crew. One had a kitchen, a deck and new flooring done in one run of renovations. The other was already on a second large project with the company — then still trading as All Building and Remodeling, the name it used from 2013 before becoming Long Dune Group — and singled out how Andre reads an old house, anticipating the surprises and code problems before they arrived. What is written down is small: three Google ratings and those two accounts, posted the same week. Its site prints a Massachusetts construction supervisor number, CS-114786; that is the company's own claim rather than a registry-verified licence. For an older Cape house that needs a real remodel rather than a patch, Andre is the person both reviews name. Ask him to walk you through what he found on the last old-house job, and get the scope, allowances and schedule in writing before demolition starts.
