A leaking bathtub faucet brought one 2015 customer to Lucey Plumbing and Heating after a week of trying to find a plumber. That customer said Julie in the office first quoted the following Wednesday, then checked whether George was around; the customer said George showed up within 30 minutes of the call and got the job done in less than an hour. In the same 2015 review, the customer said he charged $135 for labor and $5 for parts, and called that pretty reasonable. The written reviews on Google date from 2014 and 2015, and Google shows 4.8 stars from 4 ratings.
I've been having a leaking bathtub faucet for about a week and trying to get a right plumber to no avail. I just came across this company at google this afternoon and called Julie in the office. I was told that the earliest possible date would be next Wednesday and today is Friday! But she just checked whether George was around and fortunately he was on his way back to the office from Arlington. He did show up within 30 minutes after I called the office and got the job done in less than an hour. He charged $135 for labor and $5 for parts! I found it pretty reasonable given all the rip-off stories with the plumbers in town. Thanks a lot, George!
