A recent customer said Tim offered two ways to divert the water, quoted both and got both projects done fast; after nearly 2 inches of rain in one evening, there was no water in the garage, and Tim checked in that same evening. The company's website lists Westport, Fairfield, Southport, Weston, Wilton, Easton, Norwalk, Darien and Redding as its service area and says it has been in business 49 years. A recent customer said they could not find anyone to fix a sinkhole in their driveway until Tim Luciano stopped over and got the job done at a reasonable price. A recent reviewer said an old asphalt driveway was removed, leveled and covered in gravel in 1.5 days, and wrote that Tim has been doing this for 50 years and lives in Westport. A 2025 customer said they had them widen the driveway, starting in the morning and finishing the same day. A 2025 reviewer described a redone driveway with a Belgian block apron. A 2024 customer said the team straightened a number of misaligned Belgian blocks around the driveway and left the site pristine. A 2023 customer said a gravel driveway wrecked by months of heavy construction equipment was made level and topped with a thick layer of gravel. In a 2023 review, a customer said Luciano reoriented the drainage and finished a pea gravel turnaround driveway in half a day. A 2022 customer said Tim Luciano sent a proposal the next day and convinced them they did not need a drain, which saved about $2,000. On the Better Business Bureau, where the company holds a B- grade, one review complains about the driving of a company construction truck.
