Lund Plumbing & Heating is a Tewksbury family plumbing, heating and cooling contractor; its site says John Lund Sr. founded it and his sons John and Patrick Lund now run it, with 24/7 emergency service. The state registry shows John Lund's plumber licence 10602-PL-M as active. It holds 5 stars from 6 Google ratings and 4.9 from 22 on Angi and HomeAdvisor. Since late 2025, customers have written about boilers and water heaters. In a December 2025 review, a business whose water heater leaked on Thanksgiving said Patrick Lund emailed an estimate, came almost immediately, suggested an automatic leak-detector shutoff, and the crew arrived 15 minutes early for a clean install. A January 2026 customer said the company had replaced their boiler and two bathrooms, and in a February 2023 review a customer said they came right away and fixed a boiler on one of the coldest days of the year. Older customers described prices that held: in an August 2021 Angi review, the final cost was the same as the quote, and in August 2009 a customer said the job came in exactly on budget. In a February 2009 review, one customer said they were charged $300 for less than an hour's work.
We just had the best experience using Lund Plumbing. John was responsive and knowledgeable, and his team was very professional. Highly Recommend.
We’ve used Lund Plumbing & Heating for multiple purposes! From replacing a boiler to replacing 2 bathrooms! My immediate & extended family have used them as well. 5 Stars !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Our water heater leaked on Thanksgiving. We have contacted few plumbers in the area, but they were busy, or they were not able to provide an estimate. Patrick Lund emailed us an estimate and visited our office almost immediately. He made some valuable suggestions and proposed automatic leak detector shutoff, which would help us tremendously. The installation was perfect. The crew arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled installation time, their work was clean and fast. Everything was checked and explained. We recommend Lund Plumbing to everyone. It is a great company with knowledgeable technicians. Thank you!
It was one of the coldest days we've ever had around here, and my heat was out, I called Lund Plumbing, and not only did they come to help me right away, they fixed my boiler and saved my kiester from the cold. Few and far between are businesses as skilled and reliable as these guys.
John Lund was very professional in discussing my issue. He didn't try to sell me the newest hot item, but instead understood what I really needed and worked with me to make that happen. The quoted price was very reasonable. His team were very efficient and thorough in replacing the hot water heater. They found another issue that they put a temporary fix on. I would highly recommend Lund Plumbing and Heating.
