We were so impressed by Erik and his team. He was very professional and gave us an honest opinion and fair estimate after coming out for a same day consult when we called. He scheduled our project in a very reasonable time frame but ended up working overtime to start and finish it sooner so we wouldn’t be without AC in the August heat. Excellent service start to finish, highly recommend him!

I got in touch with Erik on Tuesday at around noon after getting a not so great quote from someone else to replace a broken water heater. He was ready to go with a new unit by 8:30 am Wednesday, didn't even track any rain or mud in the house despite it pouring all morning, and took the broken unit away when he left (after drying off the basement floor for us). Erik was Incredibly thoughtful about keeping things clean despite the rain, had a really fast turnaround with the initial quote, and overall we had a great experience. As he left, he noticed we had mini split AC units and mentioned that he serviced those too, so we'll definitely have him back when those need maintenance!

I had Erik come out today to clean my AC units, and I’m beyond satisfied with his work. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to inspect and clean everything while sealing any potential entry points for rodents or other debris to get in. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. I 100% recommend using Lyons Home Energy Solutions and will definitely use their services again!

Erik installed our heat pump which is now our favorite part about our new home, especially as it gets so hot outside! He also came by as quickly as possible to fix our heat multiple times during the intense cold this past winter, and got our heat pump installed on a super tight schedule ahead of a MassSave insulation project. Erik is incredible, we’ll always call Lyons for all of our HVAC needs.
