Working with MS Plumbing Solutions was one of the worst contractor experiences we’ve ever had. Their behavior and workmanship were nothing short of unprofessional. Kyle failed to install our tankless water heater twice, which is completely unacceptable for any licensed plumber. Communication with Matt was just as bad—he was consistently rude over text and showed no concern for the problems his company created. They also botched the installation of our toilet wax rings, leaving our brand-new home smelling like sewage for weeks. Even after acknowledging the issue, they refused to come back and fix their own mistakes. The lack of skill, professionalism, and accountability from this company is alarming. It got to the point where we didn’t even feel comfortable using our real names in this review because we genuinely worry that Matt might retaliate or cause problems for us. No customer should ever feel that way about a service provider. I would avoid MS Plumbing Solutions at all costs. Their work, their communication, and their overall attitude make it clear they do not care about quality or integrity.
