A customer who hired William Perleoni Plumbing for two bathroom faucets described an unexpected handoff in a July 2022 Google review. Two workers from Andy Wotton Plumbing arrived and told the customer that Perleoni had retired. The customer said the visit took about half an hour, cost $750, and required a return visit for a leaking supply line. They objected to receiving a different company after choosing Perleoni on its reviews.
I hired a local company, William Perleoni Plumbing, to install a couple of bathroom faucets. On the day of the install two guys from a company called Andy Wotton Plumbing in West Hartford showed up, told me Perleoni had retired and they were there to do the work. They were at my house maybe half an hour, charged me $750 and I had to have them come back out when the one supply line was leaking. I based my decision to hire based on reviews of Perleoni Plumbing not Andy Wotton and I wouldn't have hired a company from 20 miles away to do the work.
