MacFarlane Horan Oil

Their drivers are inconsiderate and don’t know how to drive almost ran me off the road and then stuck his tongue out at me….. great look for the company. He then tried to catch up to me just to almost intimidate me….

Filling oil at 6:35am on a Sunday is completely inconsiderate. Woke my baby and entire family. Not sure what happened to this place since they merged with McFarlane.

I never leave bad review on google but this situation is so frustrating I have to comment. Note I have been a Horan oil customers 7 years and never had an issue. We were away a few days during the last snow storm. When my family and I got home there was a note in the mailbox from oil delivery guy asking to de-ice driveway which was understandable as it was pretty well iced over since we weren’t home. Next morning on the Wednesday I spend 4 hours breaking up ice and salting the driveway. All clear. I contact Horan Oil and they say driver will be out that day. He never shows up. I call next day. Same thing, they say he will be there today, never shows up. I call next day same thing. It’s Saturday I called they said samething and again no delivery. It’s Sunday and we have run out of oil. I have two little kids in the house and one is special needs. This is ridiculous. I have no idea why they keep lying. Just tell me what’s going on. Never experienced anything like this before. Horrible experience. Update : changed to 3 stars as oil was finally delivered but still no explanation on why CS said oil was out for delivery for straight days.

They’ve been our oil people for 11 years: great service and competitive prices.
