More than one reviewer called out the crew's shoe covers when working inside occupied homes, a detail specific enough to be a pattern rather than a one-off compliment. Two reviews break from that pattern. A June 2026 one-star review describes paying $425 for a furnace tune-up that took ten minutes, then having the furnace fail completely the following week, with a $1,200 quote to fix what was called a separate issue — worth asking exactly what a tune-up visit covers before booking one. A July 2025 review separately complained about being asked for payment information before receiving a quote.
