A homeowner who bought a house this past June described pre-stained floors that were scratched and damaged, and posted before-and-after photos of the result; another in April said the kitchen floor came out well enough that they plan to call again. Across a longer history reaching back to 2023 — seventeen reviews spread over five different sites — the pattern does not wobble: praise for the finish work, the crew's care in the house, and the responsiveness of the office. The right call for a homeowner with tired hardwood — an older Boston-area house with red oak, pine, or parquet that needs sanding, staining, and a durable finish, done by a small crew that has been doing exactly that for decades. Ask about the dustless sanding process, the finish they plan to use, and how many days the floors will be off-limits.

Josephine and her team were fantastic to work with and their work was amazing. When I bought my house, the pre-stained floors were completely scratched and damaged. Mass Floor Care worked their magic and made them absolutely gorgeous. The pictures of the dark floor are the before pics, and the light colored photos are after Mass Floor Cares completed the work.
