New England Builders & Contractors

The Better Business Bureau has had a file on this Methuen company since 12/31/1989 and grades it A+; the incorporation date on that profile is 10/1/1990. The company's own site puts its history at 25 years rather than the bureau's 36 — a gap worth asking about, though either number is a long run. New England Builders & Contractors describes itself as a building and construction contractor that plans, designs, constructs and maintains projects in Massachusetts and New Hampshire — the whole arc of a build rather than a single trade. The BBB profile names Bernard Feghali as president, and the company's site lists him and Henry Sarkis as its contacts. It is not BBB accredited. Publicly, the customer side comes down to one Google rating, at 5 stars. If you want one outfit to carry a project from drawings to a finished building, that is what this company says it does. Ask for the addresses of a few recent jobs near you, and settle which of the design, build and maintenance pieces it would handle on yours.
