Do not use this service. He is unreliable and unprofessional. He committed to showing up for a paint project, showed up an hour late, (never called to say he would be late) then complained he couldn't find a parking spot when he finally arrived. We found him two parking spots including a garage spot that we said we'd pay for right across the street from the apartment to make it super easy but instead he drove off and wouldn't do the project he had committed to do. What a waste of time and energy. Do not use this service.
They have been great, the work was great, and they are easy to work with.
Marcelo did a great job fixing our bed frame which was caving in. He took my special request to complete the work on the same day since we couldn t use our bed. I would have liked a more transparent pricing system; instead of per job, I would have preferred by the hour which most handymen in the area use. However, I appreciated the responsiveness and immediate service.
