Its Houzz page is that of a Cape Cod design-build firm based in Harwich and shows five jobs — a Truro Cape, the Chatham Beach and Tennis Club, the Captain Ryder House, a Provincetown modern condo — and lists custom cabinets, deck building and repair, remodeling, siding and window installation as what it takes on. Houzz also carries a four-year certificate of proficiency in carpentry and cabinet building from the Leominster Center for Technical Excellence. BuildZoom files the company under carpentry and shows a single permit on record, a 2018 solar array grid-connection in Barnstable. One thing to know: BuildZoom's page argues with itself about the licence, showing CS-086315 as active in one block and inactive when last checked further down, tagged as not verified. The state registry settles it — that Massachusetts construction supervisor licence is active, recorded to Matthew V Credit. If you want trim, deck, cabinet or siding work on the Lower Cape, this is a reasonable firm to call. Ask for recent references and a couple of addresses you can drive past, since the written accounts on file are a decade old.
