I was very happy with the results of my old floors They look great . No dust and smell. The team of two did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Frank and his team did a wonderful job with our floors and all in one day as promised. They were friendly and took the time to make sure we understood the process and answered questions throughout. Absolutely would recommend them.

We could not be more satisfied with our experience working with Mr. Sandless. I posted some pictures of the before/after results. We were doubtful they could do anything to get a patch that was unstained and then (mistakenly) sealed by me to match the rest of the floor, but they knocked it out of the park. We paid ~$1200 for our living room, dining room, and hallway. The technicians took most of the day, working basically non-stop. Overall it felt like a pretty great value. We'll be looking forward to getting our bedrooms done too in the near future!

We had our floors refinished by Mr Sandless yesterday. The crew did a fine job, explained a few spots that probably wouldn't be fixed (black spots/stains from liquid spills, probably from old wall to wall carpets) Most of the finish was worn off and they hadn't been maintained for many years. The results were great. We are very happy with the floors, and no cleanup or dust in the end. We would recommend this company if you want nice floors at a very reasonable price.

very reasonable price, EXCELLENT results on an old floor that had been subjected to bleaching from a saltwater aquarium in one zone, rain thru water damage in another, and heavy traffic elsewhere. recently added a room, so the room they worked on was empty and we took a chance at sadness refinish. People, the room Mr. Sandless did looks BETTER than the new room's hardwood floor!!! very polite and knowledgable workers.
