The price was the lowest they received, and they praised both the work and how easy the team was to deal with. The job took longer than expected, though; the customer still planned to hire them again. In June 2026, another customer said Wilmer explained every detail and wanted the crew back the following spring. The interior work includes accounts of both repairs and remodeling. In January 2026, one customer described Wilmer and Victor repairing leak damage to a bathroom ceiling, with Victor painting the bathroom. Another January customer hired the company to refinish hardwood floors and repaint rooms, praising the finished floors, paint and communication throughout the project. A September 2025 bathroom-remodel customer said the work finished ahead of schedule and under budget. A March 2022 ceiling project gives a detailed account of working inside an occupied home. The homeowner said MS Innovation removed a water-damaged textured ceiling, installed board and plaster while leaving the beams exposed, and finished the project in three days. The crew used plastic and sealed off a room during demolition, then cleaned up each evening. When the exposed beams created a ceiling-fan mounting issue, Wilmer brought in an electrician and the problem was solved within a day. The homeowner and their pets stayed in the house throughout the work. Exterior customers describe cleanup and follow-through, too. An August 2022 roof-replacement customer said the crew worked from 7 a.m. until after 7 p.m. to finish the roof and cleaned up afterward. In a July 2021 siding account, a homeowner described replacement vinyl siding on one side of the house and removal of the debris. Another customer writing in August 2021 said the crew promptly fixed gutters it had bent with ladders, at no charge.
