Nationwide Tile works at commercial scale out of Lowell: 342 projects logged on Procore since April 2022, a 10-to-50-person shop, and a trade list that runs tile, flooring, finish carpentry and wall finishes. Cristiane Perego owns the company and founded it with her husband, CEO Branco Perego, starting as a team of two; the site says it has been supplying customers for two decades. Its Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office certifications — minority business enterprise, women business enterprise and disadvantaged business enterprise — are active on the state registry. In a trade-magazine piece this August, Branco Perego said he has worked with LATICRETE products for more than 25 years, particularly on outdoor projects. In 2022 the Lowell police department credited him with donating and installing rubber flooring in its gym, and a 2019 Engineering News-Record project listing named the company among the subcontractors on a job. One recent review runs the other way, and it is about the office rather than the tile: an April 2026 Google reviewer called the experience terrible, singled out the owner, Cristiane, as unprofessional and difficult to deal with, and said to hire someone else. Its Google average sits at 2.5 stars across two ratings. Violation Tracker also records a $9,851 penalty against the company dated May 24, 2019 for a workplace safety or health violation, the cited standard covering safety training and education. This is an outfit built for large commercial floor and tile packages — a general contractor's subcontractor more than a homeowner's remodeler. If you are hiring them, settle the schedule and your day-to-day point of contact in writing up front, and ask what has changed on site safety since 2019.
