The company describes itself as a small local plumbing and heating contractor in Needham, doing plumbing, heating and gas-fitting installation, repair and remodeling — including tankless water heaters and radiant heat — since 2004, across towns such as Wellesley, Newton, Dedham, Natick and West Roxbury. Its Massachusetts plumber license is active on the state registry. The bigger jobs customers describe are water heaters and hard-to-reach pipes. In an August 2025 review, a homeowner said Zack repaired a cracked cast-iron waste pipe from a second-floor bathroom hidden in a two-story plumbing chase, arranging demo help to open a downstairs ceiling, upgrading the tub connections and resetting a toilet. In a March 2025 review, a customer whose tankless system developed a gas leak got quotes to repair or replace, chose a new system, and said Zack did the work himself. In October 2025, a customer whose hot water quit on a Friday night had Zack inspect it Monday and finish the replacement by that Friday. A December 2025 customer, two weeks without a shower, said he opened part of a ceiling and a closet wall to repair the bathtub drain. In a February 2024 review, a customer said routine maintenance could take a while to book, though emergencies got priority.
