Nerotec LLC is hired to find and fix water leaks. A recent customer with a major pipe leak and no idea where it was said the company located and mapped the pipe, found the exact point of the leak, dug it up and repaired it in one day. On its own website, the company says its mission is to help reduce non-revenue water and preserve safe drinking water. A recent customer who found a water leak in their driveway was referred to Nerotec through Safety Valve insurance and said the company was on site by 8am the next morning; they had water again by early afternoon. A 2025 customer said Dino found a leak 6-7 ft below the surface and fixed it in the 7 ft hole he and his associate Mike dug out.
