This team knew what to do when the vertical drain stack in my 3 family was leaking. I was preparing to put it on the market so time was of the essence. They opened walls and removed all wet debris to allow the plumber to see where the line was broken. When repaired they replaced floors, ceilings, vanities & painted to better than original all within three weeks. I got it on the market and it sold in part due to their restoration work on the bathrooms. Good communication with the insurance company facilitated the completion schedule. I woke at 4:00 AM to water dripping from a pipe above my kitchen ceiling through a cabinet. I spent the first hour grabbing pots to catch the water and soaking up the floor and counter with towels. I then went online and called 3 companies. Tom at Northeast got back to me in about 30 minutes and was at my condo at 7:00 AM to assess the issue. He had his carpenter here by 9:00 AM to remove the cabinet and open the wall and ceiling. Plumbers were here by 11:00AM and the leaking was stopped. Within 2 business days, Tom's team had everything repaired with the walls and ceilings in my kitchen and living room re-painted. The other two companies responded a few hours later. One said they could come in 5 days. The other said they can't stop the leak but can make the repairs once the leak was stopped. Northeast Water Remediation far exceeded my expectations on response time, remediation and repairs. I highly recommend Tom and his team should you ever have a water issue.

I came home from vacation to find a pipe in my kitchen ceiling had burst and wrecked everything. The plumbers I called recommended Tom at Northeast Water Remediation. He was great - he handled EVERYTHING. Getting the ceiling taken down, sprayed for mold, pipe repaired, electrical replaced, ceiling put back up, walls painted. Excellent communication and walked me through what I had to do with my insurance. The only thing I had to actively do was make sure I was home to let his guys in. I would have been lost without Tom's help. Anything goes wrong in my place ever again, he's the first one I will call. I could not be happier with how things went. I mean, I'm not happy my kitchen was wrecked, but if it was going to be wrecked, I'm glad Tom was there to get things back to normal.

My basement bedroom suite flooded during that last deluge of rain that Boston got. Tom was quick to respond. His crew fixed everything in very little time. He was kind and understanding during the whole process. I can’t say enough good things about this company.

Tom and his team were great! This was my first experience with water damage and I got Tom's name from my plumber, he is a family business and kind and cares about customer service, he was concise and explained everything to me down to the smallest detail, he is responsive to phone calls and emails even after hours, he even came to my home where I live in addition to the property that was damaged in 2 different towns to help me with the paperwork as it was all new to me! He went above and beyond and met and exceeded anything I could ask for he's a good guy and I highly recommend Tom and his team!
