The Swansea company says it was founded in 1993, is family-owned, and claims over a hundred years of generational experience; its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, and its BBB page carries an A+. The line that repeats in the recent reviews is not craftsmanship — it is the phone. One 2026 customer wrote that the price quoted was "the exact amount I paid them. No hidden cost and the time line was spot on," and that the crew still picks up mid-season. Another says Joe "always answers his phone or calls right back" and that the pool went in on time and within budget. A third, whose pool went in ten years ago, says they still answer when a question comes up. Google sits at 4.1★ across 22 ratings. The other half of that record says the opposite, and it is worth reading before you sign. A 2024 reviewer describes a dig that broke their sewer pipe, a pool light sealed with a plastic bag instead of a gasket that then leaked, 500-pound stumps left in the yard, and ladders never installed. Another 2024 account says an unresolved pool problem ended with calls that went unreturned, and a 2023 would-be customer gave up after finding the voicemail box full. Every one of those names Ed; the 2026 praise mostly names Joe. Worth knowing: Angi's profile states the company takes in-ground work only and does not do above-ground pool jobs, so an above-ground opening or liner is not their lane. Their own site adds fencing, patios and hardscapes to the pool work, and lists them as a Hayward dealer and service center and an Imperial Legacy liner dealer. If you are putting an in-ground pool in the Swansea–Attleboro–Taunton triangle and want a builder who is still reachable years later, this is a genuine candidate with a long permit trail behind it. Ask who your point of contact will be, get the dig-safe markout and the site-restoration terms in the contract in writing, and confirm what the warranty covers before the machines arrive.
My experience with Oasis was the best I could have asked for. They weren't the most expensive nor the cheapest but the price I was given was the exact amount I paid them. No hidden cost and the time line was spot on. They always answer the phone for any questions that come up during the season and are happy to help. I have the Oasis team open and close our pool for piece of mind and never have an issue. I've also recommended them to all of my friends interested in getting a pool.
Amazing team ! Amazing transformation ! We had a huge water issue in our yard and we were able to put up a retaining wall ( which looks beautiful - thanks DeChaine concrete ! ). Oasis installed the pool on time and within budget. Joe always answers his phone or calls right back. I am very picky and he and his dad were very patient with me. Their subcontractors are second to none. We appreciated the one stop shopping ( didn't have to call multiple contractors ). We love our pool and can't wait to finish the landscaping and just float all summer long !
We are so happy with our new pool. We worked with Joe and his team and they were very professional. Came in on budget and on time. He returned our calls the same day if not answering immediately.They also installed two pools for a few relatives over ten years ago and they are also very pleased with their work!

Oasis pool company are great and offers excellent service. Joe Reed and his team at oasis are very knowledgeable in the inground pool industry and was able to answer our questions in detail explanations. Whenever we reach out to Joe at oasis we got very good response in a reasonable time and so far they have backed their word and offer excellent maintenance services . Quality and excellent customer service relations are top notch and with an investment like their products in our opinion is very much important.
