Oasis Pools says it designs and builds custom inground pools, and does liners, fencing, patios and hardscapes, across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Its site says the company was founded in 1993 and is family-owned. BuildZoom lists 22 permitted projects for it, almost all inground pool installations, from 2010 to 2023. A 2026 customer said Ed Reed and his crew installed their inground pool in 2021. A 2024 customer said they broke a sewer pipe while digging, used a plastic bag instead of a gasket when installing a light, which leaked, and left 500lb stumps in the yard. A 2024 customer whose pool Oasis installed years ago said Ed would not return their calls about an issue with it. A 2023 customer said they could never get hold of anyone for an estimate and found the mailbox full. In 2010, an Angi customer described a fast install.
My experience with Oasis was the best I could have asked for. They weren't the most expensive nor the cheapest but the price I was given was the exact amount I paid them. No hidden cost and the time line was spot on. They always answer the phone for any questions that come up during the season and are happy to help. I have the Oasis team open and close our pool for piece of mind and never have an issue. I've also recommended them to all of my friends interested in getting a pool.
Amazing team ! Amazing transformation ! We had a huge water issue in our yard and we were able to put up a retaining wall ( which looks beautiful - thanks DeChaine concrete ! ). Oasis installed the pool on time and within budget. Joe always answers his phone or calls right back. I am very picky and he and his dad were very patient with me. Their subcontractors are second to none. We appreciated the one stop shopping ( didn't have to call multiple contractors ). We love our pool and can't wait to finish the landscaping and just float all summer long !
We are so happy with our new pool. We worked with Joe and his team and they were very professional. Came in on budget and on time. He returned our calls the same day if not answering immediately. They also installed two pools for a few relatives over ten years ago and they are also very pleased with their work!
Oasis pools installed our in ground pool in May 2023 and couldn't be more happier with the pool and overall service. Ed, Joe, Jacob were great from start to finish with great attention to detail and professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an high quality pool, outstanding service and commitment..
Oasis pool company are great and offers excellent service. Joe Reed and his team at oasis are very knowledgeable in the inground pool industry and was able to answer our questions in detail explanations. Whenever we reach out to Joe at oasis we got very good response in a reasonable time and so far they have backed their word and offer excellent maintenance services . Quality and excellent customer service relations are top notch and with an investment like their products in our opinion is very much important.
