Schedule comes up more than once. That 2023 job came in early, the July 2026 basement was done on time, and a June 2026 kitchen-and-bathroom renovation stayed on schedule. Another June 2026 customer had a kitchen renovated, a bathroom remodeled and an additional room updated, and described the process as organized and stress-free. How long the company has been at this depends on where you look: its own site says 20 years, its Thumbtack profile stat says 11, and its BBB page says three. That is the thing to settle on a first call. Thumbtack also lists a Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration for the company — ask for the number in writing. Its BBB page carries an A+ grade. For a basement build-out with a bathroom in it, or a kitchen and bath tackled together, this is the work these customers describe. Settle the years-in-business question, get the registration number, and put the schedule and scope in writing before signing.
