we hired odor authority after a severe decomposition odor remained in the property despite repeated-cleaning. Adam was professional, knowledgeable, respectful of the sensitive situation. he explained the entire treatment and safety process clearly and kept us informed throughout the job when the treatment and ventilation were complete, the difference was unbelievable. the odor was eliminated not just covered with fragrance. We had just purchased a smokers home in Brockton as a project. We knew we needed some cleaning so we reached out to Adam at Odor authority. He was very prompt,he got here within a day. told us what we needed and how the whole process works. Extremly knowledgeable,friendly. He brought his crew in they cleaned four rooms along with light fixtures cabinetry hvac registers,replaced hvac filters.once cleaning process was done he sealed off some Areas then set his oxidation process off with the cl02 he uses. Our treatment was slated for 16 hours. We came back and it was completely gone. I had a slight inclination that cigarette smoke was impossible to rid but he made it happen with ease. This whole process was new to us. My house has been smoked in since it was built back in the seventies. It was inherited to us by my dear friends.
