My wife and I purchased an old waterfront home in North Falmouth, MA. It was a beautiful piece of property overlooking Buzzards Bay. We had never built a home before and we were a little intimidated with the whole process. Fortunately for us, we were introduced to Leo Perito (President) of Orchard Builders. He came highly recommended by just about everyone who ever worked with him. We made a great decision, when we decided to work with Leo and Orchard Builders. He helped guide us through every phase of our project from selecting an engineer, to selecting an architect, to finalizing our home and landscaping designs, to navigating the Conservation Commission approval process and to serving as our project coordinator and overseeing all aspects of our home construction. Essentially, he worked with us every step of the way! Leo did an outstanding job! He is a custom home builder with a great instincts and a great deal of relevant experience. He holds himself and his subcontractors to the highest of building standards. Throughout our entire project, he made us feel as if we were his only client! He was always readily available and accessible, whenever we needed him. Leo's many years of home building showed in how tightly he managed the project budget and his subcontractors. Even with the chaos caused by the Coronavirus pandemic, our home project was completed on time and on budget! Leo and Team recently (Oct'19) completed a master bathroom renovation in our home in Falmouth. The project came out beautifully and exceeded expectations.
