A 3,500-square-foot house that had spent years as a rental was the subject of one Pagung Construction customer's October 2025 review. The customer said Eddy renovated it over several weeks, finishing ahead of schedule. They described new flooring, painting throughout the house, work on the garage floor, walls and ceiling, and repairs inside and outside. They also called the prices competitive.
Pagung Construction LLC says it provides residential remodeling, carpentry, flooring, painting, renovation and handyman services in Worcester. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active. Google shows five stars from five ratings, while Angi shows 4.8 stars from 19 ratings.
The jobs customers described extend from renovations to smaller repairs. In July 2023, a Google reviewer said Eddy had handled a bathroom renovation, replacement windows, a new front porch, and a patio with a small deck. They praised his attention to detail, reliability and pricing. An August 2024 Angi reviewer described work involving soffit vents, an upstairs bathroom, deck repairs and exterior front-door wood molding, and said they would hire the contractor again.
Communication was part of several older accounts. A May 2021 Angi reviewer said Eddy promptly told them when a challenge arose so they could resolve it, and praised the finished project. In February 2021, another said he communicated regularly and completed the project as expected. An August 2020 customer praised deck work, communication and working within their budget. A separate October 2020 reviewer said the contractor arrived on time for the estimate and each day after being hired, with the work completed on time and on cost.
One October 2021 Angi review gave three stars and described the work as “Rushed.” Another customer writing that same month praised Eddie Pagung's work quality, attention to detail, timeliness and efficiency.
Other older customers described work they wanted to build on. In July 2021, an Angi reviewer praised a fence job, punctuality and cleanup, and said they would use the company for more projects. A June 2020 reviewer described kitchen and barn work, saying the contractor communicated and was easy to reach.
