Paras Electric

Paras Electric is a family-run Peabody, MA shop that Better Business Bureau lists as founded in 1968, with five employees. It's a member of the Peabody Chamber of Commerce, and its president, Thomas Paras, also serves as a Commissioner of the Peabody Municipal Light Plant. The written record is thin — four reviews spanning 2021 to 2026 — but consistently positive. In a January 2026 review, a customer called the crew fast and friendly; in a 2025 review, a customer named two technicians, Connor and Jarrod, as professional and personable young men sent out for the job; and in a 2023 review, a customer described the crew as on-time, professional, neat and thorough. With so few written accounts to draw on, it's worth asking for a couple of recent references before booking anything beyond a small job.
