Reviewers keep naming the same person, Kevin, as the one who shows up and runs the job. The pattern across Google reviews spanning 2021–2025 is a fast response to a flooded basement or sewage backup: fans and dehumidifiers on site within hours, plastic sheeting to protect unaffected areas, and regular updates while the crew works. In a 2021 review, a customer said fans and dehumidifiers were running within four hours of a sewage back-up call, and a 2024 review described the company being called in the day after a clogged septic line flooded a basement with sewage. I would NOT trust this company. They were the reason my claim was denied. Kevin told me that he is not an adjuster and that he does not have the authority to tell insurance companies things that could possibly deter a claim from being approved. He called my i surance company and pretty much told them not to let it be approved. He was out of line by doing this and it was so unprofessional. Do not use this company if you plan on going through insurance. They will screw you over.

They were very quick to come out and get the job done. Very professional and polite. Did a great job with the cleanup in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend.
They mitigated water damage from a leaking pipe on the second floor. They aired everything out, sectioned everything up, were clean, and professional. We never worried about mold forming and their work made it easier to understand where water issue started.
