Set the burst aside and the more substantive accounts are more useful: a 2025 review describes a full bathroom gut renovation with "a few minor issues along the way" addressed promptly, and a 2022 review describes hardwood installed across several rooms plus a carpet re-stretched after a previous installer botched it. The other 2022 review is a real complaint worth knowing about: a homeowner asked for an epoxy basement floor, was steered toward tile or carpet instead, and says that when she asked to see past work, the photos sent turned out to be lifted from other people's Google listings — and the company stood by them as its own even after being shown otherwise. The same review mentions a moving job (the company also offers moving) where an item was dropped. The company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor license is active. Its Procore trade-network profile lists painting and carpentry alongside flooring, but the address and phone on that profile don't match the business's own site, so treat it as a lead rather than a confirmed service. For a straightforward flooring job the reviews back the work; for anything larger, ask to see recent projects directly rather than relying on submitted photos.
