That's not the whole story, though. Three separate reviews from 2022 through 2024 describe a different pattern entirely: sizable deposits — $3,700 on a $5,200 job, at least $9,000 toward a $14,000 job, another project hired in mid-2023 — paid for work that was never started or finished, months and in one case over a year later, with the company going quiet and refunds not returned. If there was a zero star review that's exactly what I would be giving him he was hired for a job back in October 23 the job estimate total was 14,000 it is currently May 18th 2024 the job has not even been started nor has he done anything to even do the job he's been paid $9,000 and repeatedly tells us that he has other jobs lined up and that he can't get to us but took a 9,000 deposit won't refund it and is now cease to communicate with us at all I do not recommend this business at all and I will reporting him to the license board I am coming for his license you are not going to leave a family that has six kids in the house with electrical issues without able to use the ACs this summer because of him and the fact that I'm coming to find out that he is done this to multiple people is absolutely absurd that he still has his license and he still practicing to be electrician in Massachusetts do not hire him

If no stars was an option… I would under no circumstances suggest doing business with Pedro. He was hired July 2023 for a project, it’s currently April 2024- no work has been completed a refund was requested in Feb 2024 (that has no yet been received, but he had no problem cashing my dads check). At this time we are needing to move forward with legal action to get a refund for work never completed, as Pedro ignores communication or tells me he’ll be in touch with my father but never reaches out. He doesn’t take initiative with reaching out to clients to provide information or timeframes it has always been my dad or I reaching out and receiving excuse after excuse. This business process has scam written all over it.
What a great people to come in your house, they are so nice, they will make you feel comfortable as soon as Pedro introduces himself,very professional, trustworthy and friendly. If I ever needed it any electrical work, I will definitely go with Pedro Silva and his team.
