Perfect Pools LLC

Perfect Pools LLC describes itself as a family-run pool maintenance company serving Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY since 2016, with weekly service, openings, closings, equipment repair and renovations. A recent customer says Kyle and Patrick are there every week. A 2024 customer said Kyle diagnosed the problem when the main circulation pump on their hot tub failed, and replaced the pump; that 2024 customer's initial complaint had been the circuit breaker failing. A 2024 customer said Kyle and his guys took down an entire pool after a poorly done install, rebuilt it correctly, and had done their opening and closing for a few years since. A 2024 customer said Kyle made a "house call" to give them an initial orientation on the pool at their new home, and that closing the pool for the season required some extra work, done at a fair price. A 2025 customer, a first-time pool owner in a new house, said the team helped get the pool up and running and went through tips and tricks to keep it running well. A 2025 customer said Kyle's workers opened their pool that year. A 2020 customer with an indoor lap pool close to 40 years old said Kyle researched and understood the existing system rather than replace mechanical systems, and annotated a photograph of the mechanicals to show the flow of water through the heat exchanger. A 2019 customer said Kyle Levy, the owner, took the time to understand the unusual system on their older pool and made some adjustments to the way they were maintaining it. A 2020 customer said Kyle and his team took their pool from very dirty, brown water to sparkling blue. A 2025 Thumbtack reviewer asked the company to contact people when it says it will, or say it can't do the job, instead of making people wait for a response.
