Perfect Professional Painting, working out of Lynn, describes itself as a family-owned shop with 27 years in the trade, covering the Boston area along with the North and South Shores. Thiago's name comes up in review after review this year, usually as the one running the crew on-site. The specifics from the last few months point to full repaints rather than quick touch-ups. One customer had every room painted down to the baseboards and ceiling, with the crew moving furniture back into place and vacuuming the rug before leaving. Another had the exterior redone along with a repaired and restained front fence. A third mentions carpentry folded into the paint job itself — new downspouts, doors, and wood staining alongside the walls. Pricing comes up as reasonable and in line with competing quotes, and more than one reviewer specifically credits daily updates and prompt, itemized billing over a multi-day job. Every review on file, recent or from 2025, rates the work five stars — 18 written reviews in all, and a 5.0 average across 19 Google ratings. One thing worth asking about before booking: the 27-year history is a claim from the company's own site — the reviews visible online only go back to September 2025, so that longer history isn't something an outsider can check yet. That's common for a contractor still building a visible presence, but it's worth knowing going in. For a full interior or exterior repaint — especially one where some trim carpentry or staining needs to get folded in — the reviews so far are consistent and specific. Worth confirming upfront whether carpentry is priced as part of the job or billed separately, since it shows up as an add-on rather than a listed service.

Had my house painted by Perfect Professional. They did a wonderful job, including carpentry, new downspouts, doors, wood staining—you name it. We couldn’t be happier with the result. It’s a family business as well. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Completely recommend. Prices were reasonable and in line with other quotes. Totally professionals. Concerned with details. Never too busy to explain what they were doing. Daily work with minimal disruption. Took on extra tasks. Prompt billing with good explanations of tasks and costs.

They did a perfect job, all rooms were painted included the walls, baseboards, and ceiling. Professional - they moved all the furniture and put it back, they cleaned up completely and even vacuumed the rug. The name Perfect Professional Paint suits them. Highly recommend them! You will be satisfied
