Pinnacle Exteriors replaced the roof on my first house in 2002, and its still looks like new. At my current house Chris and team provided the same great service this month and did a masterful job. Chris's knowledge and commitment to his customers is second to none. The roof, skylight, new fascia board and gutters came out great. The cleanup was meticulous. Chris and his son Nick and the crew did a spectacular job.<br><br>They are there to help people, that is Chris’s motto. I am honestly glad to have met Chris and the team at Pinnacle Roofing.<br><br>I went with tons of estimates. The only difference was when I got the estimate from other contractors, I was dealing with sales people, not someone who had an experience installing roofs for decades and knew the work involved. I don’t often write reviews, but Pinnacle Roofing in Newton truly deserves one. They did a lovely job on my roof, and everything was handled so smoothly from start to finish.<br><br>Chris was honest and upfront about the condition of the roof, which I really appreciated. He was very genuine and easy to talk to, and I never felt pressured. The pricing was also quite competitive compared to others.<br><br>Overall, it was a simple, pleasant experience, and I’m very happy with the results!

We had a problem with our two-year-old roof that we noticed after the winter. Chris came over just a few hours after we contacted Pinnacle Roofing and fixed the shingles while assessing that the roof was structurally sound. Chris also assessed a possible water problem under the roofline as well. On top of all of that, Chris refused to accept payment, stating that the job only took him a short time. I highly recommend Pinnacle Roofing!
