There's a real counterpoint to weigh, though. A detailed 2023 review on Houzz described a renovation where Leon did not meet with the homeowner as promised, made frequent change orders that weren't discussed, used subcontractors whose work included a roof that leaked, and would not return to fix it — a specific, credible complaint rather than vague dissatisfaction. Houzz's own overall rating for the business, based on just two reviews, sits at 3.0 out of 5, well below the 4.7 average on Google.
