It’s Summer 2025 and we want to thank Pinsonneault Builders for completing our new waterfront luxury custom home -- the quality craftsmanship is impeccable! Pinsonneault Builders, serving as General Contractor, supplemented their in-house crew by assembling and leading a well-orchestrated team of first-rate attentive subcontractors. This was a tricky build, with lots of specialty features. The energy efficient house qualifies as a tornado shelter (rated Fortified Gold, first in Massachusetts to earn such distinction) thanks to an advanced technique known as Insulated Concrete Forms in conjunction with a strong-tied reinforced roofing system and coastal-impact-rated windows and doors. The finishes inside and out are high-end low-maintenance/long-wearing replete with age-in-place functionality, from the Corian kitchen countertops, roll-in shower and walk-in tub, to the Hardieboard siding and hail-impact-resistant roofing shingles.
