The company says it has served the Boston area for thirty years, handling everything from small leaks to whole-house construction plumbing, and its Massachusetts plumber licence is active on the state registry under the company's name. The written reviews are few and dated: two five-star BuildZoom reviews from 2018 and 2020, both from long-term customers. The 2018 reviewer listed boiler repair, a water heater install, a burst heating-pipe repair and sink and tub installs, and said the company will give advice over the phone when a visit isn't really needed; the 2020 reviewer described quick responses and plain explanations of what was wrong and what was done. BuildZoom shows 219 permitted projects, with Brookline and Roslindale plumbing and gas permits running through 2025. Reddit commenters describe the same shop: woman-owned and run, working inside Route 128, doing gas-fired hot-water heating rather than forced-air HVAC. I have been using Pipelines for many years. It is a woman owned company and that in itself makes them special. They have always provided a quick response to my needs and have always explained what the problem is and what they have done to rectify it. I would recommend them highly.
I have used Pipelines for years, for plumbing and heating, and always will. They know their trade, explain problems and options, come when they say, do the work well & efficiently, and tidy up after. You can trust them in your home or biz. They also will give advice over the phone, if they think you don't really need them to come. For me, they have done heat boiler repair, water heater install & repair, burst heating pipe repair, sink & tub install, etc.. Friends have had them replace heating boilers, with great results. I highly recommend them.
