I came into work on Thursday 1/31/19 to find a frozen pipe, did a search on Home Advisor, and found Eli. he arrives promptly with a second person. Then left to get a cup of coffee. meanwhile, I am paying two people over $100 per hour to drink coffee, 1/2 hour later they come back, by then I had gotten back from an errand and we had a discussion of what should be done. We decided the best course of action was to just cap both the feed and the return. Once he started work it took the 2 of them about 15 minutes to complete the job. Next came the bill and I handed him over to the accounts payable. After he left, accounts payable, told me the bill was for $450.
