Three customers have written about CM Heating & Cooling, and all three describe the same thing: someone who stayed until the system worked and explained what he had done. The Danvers company trades as CM HVAC LLC and handles both ends of the job — repairing what is there and installing what replaces it, from mini-splits and heat pumps to boilers, central air and commercial rooftop units, for homes and businesses. Its site says it has been at this for over 30 years, which is the company's own claim rather than anything independently confirmed. A homeowner writing in October 2025 named John, the owner, as the man who came out and sorted an old heater before winter, and singled out his willingness to explain what was going on. A November 2025 customer had a full heating and cooling system put in and said every stage, cleaning included, was done thoroughly. In February 2026 another had a system installed and a second unit repaired, and called the visit punctual and thorough. That is a short record — three reviews, all of them five stars, none older than late 2025. It reads well, but it is not yet enough history to tell you how the company handles a job that goes wrong. Ask for references on a comparable install and get the scope and price in writing.
