In a January 2025 Google review a homeowner said Chad responded quickly, fitted them into the schedule promptly, left the finished job looking fantastic and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving; Google's own profile carries 4.6★ across 10 ratings, and BuildZoom's permit database shows 107 permitted projects for the company. On the state side the picture is clean: a registry check in this scan returned an active Massachusetts plumber licence, 15488-PL-M, with Chad E Poske — the same person BBB and BuildZoom name as owner and master plumber — as the holder of record. BBB grades the company A+ while also noting it is not BBB Accredited; those are two separate facts. Worth asking about before booking: the directory licence listings do not agree with each other. BuildZoom prints the same number, 15488, under four different licence types with expiry dates spanning May 2016 to May 2026 and labels it both "Verified License" and "License Not Verified", and separately lists a Sheet Metal registration and a Pipefitter Master registration it says were at one point cancelled.
