Girard Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc.

We contacted Girard this spring to investigate installation of mini-splits for air conditioning, and also requested a quote for completely replacing our oil-fired heating system. We requested a quote from another firm as well. Tyler Williams from Girard produced a much more detailed proposal than the other firm did, and had the better price. Once we made the decision, Girard quickly scheduled installation. Dylan and Luke and the rest of the installation team did a great job putting the system in place with a minimum of disruption. They were at all times considerate and polite, and a pleasure to work with. This was a whole-house two-floor heat pump system with six mini splits and a hybrid water heater. Despite the complexity, the work was completed within five days. Dylan made sure we were familiar with the system's operation before wrapping up. Girard's office staff filed the necessary paperwork with Westfield Gas and Electric to secure substantial rebates for us on the new system. I can unreservedly recommend Girard Heating and Air Conditioning.

After a nightmare experience with American Installations, LLC, which left us with poor workmanship and disappointing customer service, we were fortunate to find Girard Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. We now trust Girard with servicing all of our properties in the Berkshires. We recently worked with Sael ("Si"), who was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I personally observed him perform our annual HVAC maintenance, and his attention to detail and workmanship were outstanding. He took the time to explain the system, answer questions, and ensure everything was operating properly. Reliable HVAC contractors are hard to find, and Girard Heating and Air Conditioning has earned our confidence. Their professionalism, expertise, and customer service have made us loyal customers, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality heating and cooling services.

Mini split installation was completed on budget and on schedule. Technicians were professional and worked with us to accommodate our requests for system placement. We would highly recommend Girard Heating & Air conditioning for installation and service.

The Girard heat pump installation team was superb! Very professional, courteous, and highly skilled. At the end of each day, the team cleaned up so that installation disruption was kept to a minimum. The quality of both the installation and heat pump equipment itself was top notch. The instructions on how to use the equipment were clear and easy to understand and follow. I highly recommend Girard Heating and Air Conditioning for when you're ready to have a heat pump installed. Carl O. North Adams, MA

Girard Heating and A C has been our service provider for our 15,000 x2 units since we had them installed before our first year of usage. Since then, Girard has been our Only service provider for these 2 hard working air conditioning units in our home. So now I must tell you about our recurring technician Sael. He has been our Only technician because he is very consciously attentive to our needs, does great work, cleans up after he is finished and asks if there is anything else he can do to complete his visit, before he leaves. He will always be welcome here for service, and I would recommend Girard and Sael as a combination for cleaning and conditioning you entire system both inside and out, PERIOD. Thank you Girard for hiring and sending your best out here, we will continue to use you and your services for all our needs. Leo & Doreen Laporte.
