A 2025 customer said a request submitted on a Friday got a call within an hour and an onsite visit the same day, and that the shutter painting project was completed on Sunday. A 2025 customer said their entire home was repainted. A 2025 customer said the job was done within a week of being hired. A 2026 customer said Rafael promised to come on a Saturday for a $300.00 job, did not show, and did not answer 10 attempts to reach him; that customer said they and their wife did the job themselves, which meant going on the roof. A 2025 customer said that on a deck sanding and staining job, the worker who finally showed up worked less than an hour and walked off the job. That 2025 customer said Raph immediately refunded the deposit, later offered to come on a Saturday with another person, and never showed.
Promised to come on Saturday to do $300.00 job. I called on Friday to make sure he(Rafael) was still coming. No show Saturday tried contacting him to no avail. 10 times I tried no comment no answer and unable to leave message. I did text also. I already sent a review and have heard nothing from Angie but I'm still getting emails from Angie. As far as I am concerned angie was no better than pro painters. Thanks for nothing. My wife and I did the job in less than an hr. But at 76 and 70 years old it was extremely stressful to have to go on the roof.

Pro painters completed a project at our home today and the workmanship and efficiency was excellent. We are very happy with the results and attention to detail. We would absolutely call Rapheal again.
First, the only option I had to leave a review was an interior job. This was actually sanding and staining a deck. The ONLY good I can say about Raph is he appears professional and sincere during the estimate and he immediately refunded my deposit. Nobody showed after Raph texted me they'd start an hour later because of the dew. The guy who did finally show up worked for less than an hour and walked off the job. Security cams caught it all. Raph supposedly fired him after having given him multiple chances. I asked if he could still do the job, he told me he could get to it in a week and a half, then instead offered to be here Saturday with another person. He never showed, never called and lied to Angi when I filed a formal complaint, with proof. I asked if he had the time to do the job but he chose to just waste 2 weeks of my time, putting me off to fix a previous job but didn't show me the same respect. Dishonest and unprofessional!
