I hired Nilton and his team for a full demo / remodel of a 2BD/2BA condo. The design of my condo was done by a separate design/architecture company. They did a beautiful job with the design and I deeply regret not hiring for the construction. They also refused to work with Nilton and his team after meeting with him and I should have taken that as a red flag. The quality of the construction itself from Nilton’s team was the absolute worst job I’ve ever seen in construction. It almost like the guys he hired to do the job have never worked in construction. 5 years later and I’m still find holes in our flooring / walls / ceilings that were never patched properly. I was unable to use our bathroom for 2 years due to leaks which required a second remodel after the horribly done job Nilton and his team did. I ended up hiring actual professional general contractor to clean up this work who made it clear that this has been the absolute worst construction job ever. Nilton is a nice guy who seems like he knows what he’s doing when you meet him. But hiring Pro Touch was one of the worst investments I’ve ever made in my life. I would absolutely avoid hiring this company for any type of construction

Hired Nilton and Pro Touch Construction to completely demolish and renovate my 2BD 2BA condo: full demo, kitchen expansion and remodel, appliance installation, both bathrooms remodeled, new electrical and plumbing, new vinyl flooring, repainted the unit. He consulted on cost-saving choices (vinyl vs hardwood floors). Completed to perfection; still get compliments 4 years later. $100,000.

Nilton and his crew did an excellent job on the renovation of my new home. All new plumbing, electric, heating, central air, kitchen and baths. State of the art stainless steel appliances, all new oak hard wood flooring throughout the first floor. All new carpeting on the second floor. Open concept livingroom, kitchen and dining room. Its Beautiful throughout!! Thank you Nilton for your professional work being done on time.
