A 2020 review describes Ozzy giving an estimate the same day on a Sunday, the crew coming in that Wednesday and completing the project by Friday, on floors with 120 years of wear that now look brand new. In a 2019 review, Ozzy gave a quote within 2 days for sanding and refinishing wood floors, the team completed the job within three days, and he explained up front that all furniture had to be removed and there would be some clean up afterward.
