A 2018 customer wrote that they stopped in about having a bathroom floor and vanity replaced and that nobody showed for the first promised visit to measure. That 2018 customer said someone did come over on the Monday they were later given, and that a rough quote came several weeks after. The 2018 customer also wrote that they spent an hour at the store deciding on tile and a vanity, then never got anything further. Its Better Business Bureau grade is A+.

Stopped in about having bathroom floor/vanity replaced. Was told someone would come out wed/thu of that week to measure. Nobody ever showed. Stopped by the store the Saturday that week. Was told that they'd be over Monday. They did come over Monday. Several weeks later we were called with a rough quote. The final numbers would depend on the cost of the tile and vanity that we picked. Stopped by the store and spent an hour deciding on tile and vanity for the project. Never got anything further. Stopped by the store a couple of times in the following weeks. "oh he's busy on another big job." It doesn't take long to get a price back to someone when you've already got the square footage of the room being worked on. You plug in the price of the tile and the cost of the vanity and Viola! You have the cost. Can't recommend them in the least.
