My name is Austin Ladd I have been a customer of this establishment for over a year Thursday I came home to realize I was running low called two different numbers with one going to voicemail and the other ringing with no answer or return call, I was in a panic before this storm comes in as I have a wife and 3 young kids and I’ll be out clearing snow, I don’t know what has happen to this company but I will no longer being do business with them, if your in the New London County area I highly recommend Town & Country out of Voluntown they delivered oil to me today with out being a customer and now have earned a customer for life.
Queen bee saved the day right before christmas. Things were ify then they were able to come in an save the day. Christmas was warm and we were able to shower. It was great. Using queen bee is a good choice when picking oil.
Definitely not the quickest oil delivery then they don't show up the date they say they will then they leave you hanging. Tried text message and calling them about my delivery left my number they will not try to call you back they just leave you in the unknown. finally got smart canceled my order in called viking
Queen Bee's has earned a client for life. Not only did they return my call on a federal holiday, but they went above and beyond in delivering oil to my residence a day before the agreed upon scheduled delivery date. They are prompt, have great customer service, and some of the best prices around. If you are in Windham or New London counties, I highly recommend them over the big corporations. They even give discounts for military and seniors. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!
