Julin Meta — spelled a different way in nearly every review, but the pattern is consistent — worked for one of the larger area HVAC companies for around 25 years before starting Quest Air on his own, and one of the clearest threads in the new company's reviews is genuine happiness that he finally has: several customers say outright they're glad he struck out on his own and confident it will do well. He runs it as a father-son operation out of Danvers, with a son working alongside him on installs. Every review on file — 21 of them, all from 2026 — is five stars, and the specifics repeat. One reviewer described a Trane AC tune-up step by step: coils cleaned, capacitor replaced, refrigerant checked, drain valve tested, done in about an hour. Others mention shoe covers and drop cloths before entering a home, and hardwood floors protected from debris during a job. The work described spans full HVAC system replacements, Mitsubishi dual mini-split installs, duct work, and ongoing seasonal maintenance; one commercial customer uses Quest Air to handle their shop's HVAC. Pricing comes up often and favorably, with more than one reviewer comparing it well against bigger local companies. There's nothing negative on file to weigh, and Angi's page shows the same picture — a 5.0 average from 6 reviews, all describing promptness, professionalism, and fair pricing. The trade-off with a business this new is simply that the track record is short: a few months of five-star reviews rather than years of them, so there isn't yet a long history showing how the work holds up over time. Worth asking about before booking: since the crew is small — Julin plus a helper or his son — confirm scheduling availability for larger or time-sensitive jobs.
We had our 4-ton Trane AC systems serviced. Quest Air showed up on time, polite, and got to work. The wore shoe covers while indoors. Looked at air handler in attic, cleaned coils, ran checks, changed filter and checked drain valve. All, ok. Then went outside to condenser and cleaned the coils ran checks with electrical and capacitor. Changed capacitor and checked refrigerant. One-hour total time. Very happy. Old fashion trustworthy work ethics.
Julan and team are amazing! If you are looking for a highly competent, trustworthy, dependable, and kind company….choose Julan and his team from Quest!!
This is a great company with a father and son team. The father Julian has over 26 years in the business. They were very professional yet very respectful of our home and wore shoe covers and used drop cloths. The installation of Mitsubishi dual mini split was done very carefully with respect to the inside and outside of our home. The price was great and we are very happy with the installation and would highly recommend them !!
Julin is knowledgeable and fair.. I would trust no one else with my HVAC needs!
I cannot recommend Julian and his team highly enough. They respond in a timely manner and quality of their work is thorough and accurate. They would provide annual maintenance on our home’s system going forward and know if I ever have an issue, they will promptly address the problem.
