RDS Marble and Granite fabricates and installs marble, granite, and quartz countertops, vanity tops, and backsplashes from its Haverhill, Massachusetts location, offering free quotes on new projects. The company holds a 4.9-star Google rating, and every review on file since 2021 — 27 in all — rates the work five stars, including repeat customers and a local builder, Currid Builders, who describes reliable communication and delivery. A recent review describes a cracked countertop being resolved with care after representative Ana stepped in, and reviews from 2023 through 2025 repeatedly credit staff members Dave, Daniella, Johnny, and Anna for guiding customers through slab selection and delivering fast turnaround, often installing counters within days to about a week of ordering.
We had a very positive experience working with RDS. We initially had an issue with a cracked countertop, but their team handled the situation with professionalism and care. A special thank you to their representative Ana who was responsive, understanding, and truly committed to finding a fair resolution. They kept communication clear and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to navigate. It’s clear this company stands behind their work and values customer satisfaction. I really appreciate their effort and would definitely recommend them to others.
