Buying my first home and discovering that the entire top floor was virtually unlivable because of an overwhelming urine smell was absolutely heartbreaking. It turned what should have been one of the happiest moments of my life into an incredibly stressful experience. From the very beginning, Jeremy was amazing to work with. He called me the same day I reached out, was flexible enough to go to my property that very day, and had my estimate back to me before the day was over. Since I had left a key for him, he took care of everything without me even needing to be there. Throughout the entire process, he made me feel like a person rather than just another customer. As a first-time homeowner who was already overwhelmed, that meant more than I can express. Once I decided to move forward, Jeremy was able to start the job that same day. Even knowing he had a full schedule coming up, he made it a priority to get started so I wouldn't have to wait any longer to begin moving into my home. He kept me updated and sent me photos of the work, which gave me a lot of peace of mind since I couldn't be there. He was also incredibly understanding and flexible about payment. That level of trust and professionalism is something you don't come across very often. Jeremy made an incredibly difficult situation so much less stressful. His responsiveness, kindness, and genuine concern for helping me through such a difficult experience really stood out. I'm so grateful for everything he did, and I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone who needs his services. Thank you for helping make my house feel like it could finally become a home.

Five stars for Jeremy at Restoration 1. He was very helpful, prompt, and gave us an honest assessment of our ceiling damage without doing any unnecessary teardown or opening up the drywall.

We used Jeremy a few years ago for mold removal and he did a fantastic job. We are selling so we called him back and even though our warranty was a few months passed he still honored it and came in and sprayed no charge! He is extremely personable and trust worthy. Would recommend him and his company to anyone!!
